Little did I know that the Attorney General, now Governor candidate Steve Bullock would threaten my job, my house and destroy my short but decorated career with FEMA. [see "Recall Bullock" online]. The people got rid of George Corn, who needed White House help to protect him, but he is still in hiding in Hamilton Montana at the private firm owned by Milt Datsapolous. Sheriff Hoffman is needed to protect the criminal activity that continues unchecked today within the Ravalli County Sheriff Office. The Judges remain who violated the rights of the accused in Ravalli County, one judge only stays to merely retain medical insurance; there is no sense of duty to the public.

There are no checks and balances in Ravalli County. You are judged and you are condemned if you go against the good old boy lawless community. It is a brutal, disgusting, and protected entity in a State that ranks last for Justice: 48/48. The worst psychology imaginable from Abu Grahib, to GITMO, to The Stanford Prison experiment is propagated by the fear it eludes. Stockholm Syndrome: where there is great fear in your captors, and a start at trying to appease them so they dont attack you more.

The group I worked with knew no fear. We had been in jail, we had seen the incompetence in the law enforcement, and justice system in Ravalli County. We documented it in a DVD, and we wrote to the sitting US President. The problem was, his #3 was from Missoula, Montana and Max Baucus had a great interest in protecting his friend George Corn in Hamilton Montana.

One of the things we found out in our "travels" to justice was then Sergeant Ryan Oster, now Chief of Police for the Hamilton Montana Police Department went into the cell block of the Ravalli County Dentention Center (RCDC) and encouraged these suicides due to him thinking "they had no chance".

I know Geoff Mahar as a prosecutor for Ravalli County and others had extreme religious beliefs that condemned the four men for their lifestyle; be it homosexuality, drinking history, or just merely being "scum" to them. When Corn was canned in 2010, Geoff Mahar was too closely attached (and former Chief Deputy Ravalli County Atty) broken down to mere civil deputy.

The full result of this breakup has not been fully felt due to Oster, Hoffman, and most Judges not yet removed. Geoff MaharRavalli County Attorney office, but if that means that one person may be spared as Mr. Mahar did not tell the Sheriff of the suicidal condition of at least one of the four 2005 suicides in the Ravalli County Detention Center.

While this corrupt web is most incredible, it included the Lee Enterprise newspaper chain which has a monopoly in Montana [ www.LeeEnterprisessucks.com]. The newspaper protects, and prints on demand for George Corn (or Ravalli County), defame, print false arrests and convince the public in Ravalli County (65% with HS Diploma as education) that the "offenders" were bad people.

Missoulian who had charge over the Ravalli Republic Newspaper. They decided to publish upwards of 30 defamatory articles about me to profit from, as they did the 4 from the RCDC in 2005.

People are profits, and the demise of people can be rewarding if you are a person without a conscience like George Corn, and his former puppet Chris Hoffman. Lee Enterprises might last a year due to their stock price staying below a dollar since May 2011. These are the victories that the families can be more peaceful about. Our group, and my efforts have "retired" officials like the City Attorney from Hamilton Montana, Ken Bell who engaged in crime by entering a civil courtroom on November 20, 2009 outside of his duties. The State Librarian is also gone, after defending the Bitterroot Public Library's efforts to criminalize asking for the 10pg US president letter to be on reserve.

An abusive Detective named Nic Painter was removed from the Hamilton Police Department after he ran into a house outside of the city limits after a boy who lived in the residence. His dad served in Vietnam, and reportedly put a gun to Painter's head once inside. These are ways that good people correct the wrongs that spiraled into the mess that is very hard to understand in Hamilton Montana.

A similar event occurred on October 4, 2011. The Hamilton Police Chief entered my house unlawfully. Although I did not put a gun to his head, I grabbed my video camera and documented it.

I then went to the next city council meeting and told them what was up about Ryan Oster. When many tried to come forward with this information (about the "induced suicide"); it is now on tape forever. The current Hamilton City Council knows the truth, and those who tried to come forward, and were charged with "DUI" and stopped can rest easy. Ryan Oster's secret is now out.

For the families, I hope this brings you more peace, because this might be all we get. It is all I can do. The lie and cover up will sink a US president for ignoring us; millions of readers have seen our US President letter asking for civil rights. George Corn is no longer in charge, and things have slowed a bit with the corruption. Having the courage to come forward is important, and exposing injustice extremely important.

In no way have I tried to exploit the situation in Hamilton, Montana: the documentary proceeds go to my film producer towards cost of production. We have all suffered here, and stood up, and will continue to stand up until the people in charge in 2005, or in office are removed. Our observers saw activity on June 8, 2010 at the Republican primary which indicate Hoffman was kept in office artificially. There is too much at stake at having a new, qualified Sheriff in Ravalli County.

The race for JP between Clute and Sabo could be argued the same way. Hamilton is too scared to let their protection racket break up. They all protect each other, and needed to reach out to the US White House to protect them....that's a big compliment to the folks on the ground who stood up.

Peace to the families, sorry for your loss. Your lost family members from the Ravalli County Detention Center drove me to work really hard; I had my own severe losses in Ravalli County.

Corruption builds in strength and gets too powerful, and hurts many people.  The people must stand together and break up the collective and unlawful process that local governments in Ravalli Co. use as their daily bread.  Its business as usual until one of us says enough.

I am constantly amazed at the denial and coverup of the 2005 suicides in Ravalli County.  You would think people with consciences would analyze their contribution, and really hit the reset button to not allow it to happen again.  Instead they mutually cover it up. 

Corruption hurts, and in 2005 it killed.

The last post we told you about George H. Corn, as county attorney in Ravalli County Montana improperly put a child in prison for 15 years, 5 of which was due to Corn's own sick play on the courts to add time.

Now curious George is on the other side of the isle, applying his skills of improperly influencing judges for the top bidder at Datsopoulos, McDonald & Lind in their Hamilton, MT office.

In Montana, scum rise to the top, as George Corn is demonstrating.  As non-lawyers we wonder how George Corn can act as a prosecutor for 20 years, then act as defense counsel in the same county.  The "independent" judges in Ravalli County Montana are reminded that Corn no longer has abusive law enforcement behind him...that is, we think this is the case.

Of Note, Datsopoulos, McDonald & Lind misled a defendant regarding a civil rights, and a separate defamation claim against Lee Enterprises Inc. (Misssoulian, Ravalli Republic) and Ravalli County, saying there was no case.  Public beware!

What put the Duke Lacrosse prosecutor behind bars, and removed from practicing law, brought Attorney General Steve Bullock and YOUR tax dollars to protect Corn's contempt of court--by not supervising an unlicensed student Angela Wetzsteon, the AG tort division and a compromised Supreme Court in Montana.

Corn Responsible--Now or Later

George Corn will have to answer for his actions, morally, and legally.  A random look at a Montana Supreme Court case showed me the ultimate extreme of Corn's evil, other than living it every day.  Mine has the capability of improving, the 15 year old boy Mr. Corn put in prison for 15 years has to hang in there; he may never recover.  Corn tried him in a adult court for engaging in a sexual act, no rape, no murder.  The Supreme Court for Montana was hung up on the word "transfer".  Why? It was not normal to have a juvenile sex crime in adult court, the statute said 'when the case is transfered' to adult court.  That trick cost this boy 5 extra years of his life.  Nice work George, boy you did have power over peoples lives.  Not for long.

Corn sent a law student into a courtroom unsupervised.  According to the law, he is personally and professionally liable for this criminal act for violating a court order.  Maybe we should try him in a juvenile court, and then transfer it.  I certainly hope Lynda Corn, Corvallis schoolteacher learns of these and more horror stories of George Corn's practice in Hamilton, MT.  Makes the Duke prosecutor Mike Nifong look like the candyman.  The only difference is, Mr. NIfong went to jail for malicious prosecution.  Corn's buddies will protect him.  Terrorism in the Democratic Party: Lead Agent AG Steve Bullock, backup: Max Baucus.

Prosecute George H. Corn - Ravalli County Attorney for Murder

In true hypocritical fashion, the Ravalli County Attorney has wanted to prosecute the 43rd president for Murder for the war in Iraq.

Isn't it a psychological strategy to shine the light on something else to take light off of your own issues, and possibly criminal behavior? I believe it is called "wagging the dog".

Don't get me wrong, I've read the book which made the case that any county atty could prosecute the matter with respect to George W. Bush....and its compelling. Seems like George Corn signed on as the partisan prosecutor for the Democratic Party in Ravalli County.

Not many people know George Corn is a Democrat, in a very conservative valley and state. Deceptiveness is the first key to criminal behavior. Making allies and alliances within the entities in the Bitterroot valley makes sure he is never questioned, and never loses...even if he is wrong.

In 2005 his "outreach" and services to his constituents went overboard. Judges, on his command such as Justice Robin Clute (his former employee) turned up the heat, and violated citizens rights to reasonable bail. The US Constitution is the silent enemy here, judges hate the 8th Amendment right to reasonable bail. It gets in the way of Corns agenda.

Reasonable for Robin Clute is to follow all orders of George Corn. Usually, this is called being an accomplice; we'll indict Robin Clute for conspiracy to murder. Ignorance to the US Constitution is not an affirmative defense available for JP Clute; neither is stupidity.

The New York Times investigated the suicide rate in the county (twice national average) and the four accomplished in the Ravalli County Detention Center in 2005. Excessive bail was deemed the reason for the suicides. They came from Clute who did not alter or examine the requests from George Corn. When the justice system has no checks against each other, catastrophe happens. When Corn needs to destroy people to feel powerful, we are his subjects, and the local justice system his employees and conspirators.

An example in 2010 of the ludicrous requests: $200,000 for conspiracy to assault with pot in possession. No shooting, no vehicular homicide, no rape. Clute went with Corn's office suggestion. Can stupidity, and arrogance lead to murder? Just ask OJ Simpson.

The Ravalli County Attorney office has no rival, no conscience, no law, nor the US Constitution. We, the people need to understand the deception (The Ravalli Republic Newspaper), the problem...Robin Clute, George Corn, and the solution...voting a person that can reject the Ravalli County Attorney Office and Corn....Justice Nancy Sabo.

Corn and his conspirators who take away our rights, use law enforcement to intimidate us need to be stopped. He is murdering our rights, he contributed to the murder of 4 inmates, and countless lives altered, and destroyed in Ravalli County...for his ego.

Watch one of Corn's deputies in the courthouse sometime. Always being right, always getting your way leads to brats, and dangerous public officials. Corn has bullied commissioners, for any budget he wanted; he has disallowed citizens their right to vote, and petition our government. This is the Declaration of Independence from George Corn, a man who has taken personal pleasure in making lives unnecessarily difficult. Many voices are out there with this same story about George H. Corn Ravalli County Attorney since 1991. Now is the time to be telling your story to your neighbors and friends....they will get around before the election.

His friends such as Max Baucus and Steve Bullock cannot influence your vote. Baucus has helped to keep Corn in office for 20 years. There is evidence that Corn should be indicted for Murder, more so than a President who enjoys complete immunity from liability. Mr. Corn only enjoys a system he alone controls in the Bitterroot, and his liability protection stops at reasonable actions, and knowing that violating rights will make the buck stop at him. Corn may be more of a liability than any publicity from the 2005 suicides.

Voters can hold George Corn accountable on November 2, 2010. Others of us can hold him accountable for how unreasonable he has been with our rights. The dead can haunt him for being so arrogant. Lets let him be as arrogant as he wants, but not on our Payroll in Ravalli County. George H. Corn has murdered thoughts and dreams, and made it seem like it was the Public's or the individuals fault. The former Detainees know the truth: Corn led the justice system that violated their rights and made them give up. Lets change the judicial system with one vote: NOT FOR CORN.

The commissioners must be willing to stand up to Corn. None have. that is for another entry.

Angela Wetzsteon Montana Law Student Protected, Controlled by George Corn Ravalli County Attorney?

Angela Wetzsteon, as many law students do in The State of Montana practiced law unsupervised. The problem with this is, a court order which allows them to do this specifies a supervisory attorney in good standing with the Montana Bar.

It is said that On August 8, 2007 Angela Wetzsteon did prosecute a case which by right of speedy trial (Amendment 6, US Constitution) had no business being tried, specific to the case, the case hinged in justifiable force, and the inalienable right to protect property in Art. II s. III of the Montana Constitution.

It is said that for Some Reason this was a deliberate, and outrageuous act on the part of the Ravalli County Attorney Office, and George Corn as lead attorney.

Strangely enough, George Corn was listed as Angela Wetzsteon supervisor: which means that he was "personally and professionally liable (MT Student Practice Act of 1975, order #12982)" for all actions of Angela Wetzsteon, so Angela Wetzsteon answers to Ravalli County George Corn.

George Corn, the Corrupt Ravalli County Attorney has been best friends with Montana Senator Max Baucus for 20 years and seems to above all Montana Law that YOU have to Abide by.

Audry Shultz also practiced law "independently" at the Missoula County Attorney office prior to her '09 graduation from the University of Montana Law School where she obtained a Juris Doctorate.

She now works for the public defenders office in Billings, after being a prosecutor in the same state, in violation of Montana state law. Student Practice has been the norm in Montana since at least 1996 when a candidate for County Attorney in Montana was granted "student experience" to be an eligible candidate for office in the state. She also worked in the Missoula County Attorney Office in 1990. This problem, spans 20 years in Montana.

Will Irma Russell, the new UM Law Dean speak with anyone about this? It is Said that She refuses to meet with the public at a publicly funded law school in Montana. Is student practice harmless; well think of the damage of an undertrained, unsworn, and an individual who has not yet passed the Bar Exam in the State of Montana.

Do they know the rights, privileges, and ways of being a certified court officer, will you get the full cup of justice in the last ranked state in the union for justice, Montana? Think of the thousands of people who have suffered through not having appropriate counsel, lost their jobs, lost their lives, or simply lost their livelihoods.

In the State of Montana, it is a crime (criminal contempt MCA 45-7-309) to violate a court order.

For some reason, court officers and the judicial system never thought the people of Montana, would figure this criminal scheme out.

They have all the power to take individual rights, and keep safe this ilegal practice from the people. The Montana Supreme Court is defying its own edict and order to allow student practice to improperly occur in the State of Montana.

Should we allow those who break the law to continue on to be lawyers in Montana, or more likely, this is the test to make sure they can be Montana Lawyers....can you violate someone's rights, and commit a crime, in Angela's Wetzsteon's case quid pro quo to land a job?

Angela Wetzsteon was an award winning student at UM Law in Missoula, and passed the test to become a criminal as well.

Why was The Montana Attorney General office was quick to support Angela Wetzsteon in her illegal activities...the same office who supposedly protects Montanans from unauthorized practice of law.

This is the ultimate conflict of interest unless the Montana Attorney General is filled with people willing to make threats...like from Steve Bullock himself with respect to protecting George Corn in 2007 after this student practice.

It seems that the Montana Attorney General office promotes and protects criminal activity.
Makes Sense, as even with the Lincoln County Sheriff Recall we got letters of ... WELL no Help at all from the Montana Attorney General even with over 40 rapes, and no where to turn for Justice, for Accountability...

George Corn Ravalli County Attorney IGNORES Victims Rights Over and Over and Protects the Corrupt Sheriff Chris Hoffman and Corrupt Justice of the Peace Robin Clute of Hamilton Montana.

Montana Corruption, such as Bernie Cassidy Lincoln County Attorney - Sheriff Daryl Anderson and the Corruption in Polson with Sheriff Lucky Larson .. well see their favorite line is .. "It's Pending Investigation" - "it's under investigation" -

"" On the morning of May 6th, 2010 at 7:30 am I received a phone call from a neighbor Michael Teeple requesting 3/4 minus road material on his road.

We live in Meadow Lake Estates, a gated entry community of 25 homes on 20 acre or more lots.

We were spreading road material the previous day and Mike nearly ran me over with his truck, just normal harassment he is know for.

I told him over the phone" he needed to learn how to drive, you almost ran me over" and hung up. He called back, I didn't answere. About 20 minutes later I see him speeding down the road to our home. I got my hand gun and was headed to our front door when I heard him banging on it.

I opened the door and he was standing on the front porch 15 feet away waving his arm from me to come to him. I said " mike, it is not going to happen", I could see his rage and an attempt to fight me, Then I said "your not welcome here and you are trespassing and leave or I will shot you."

He started towards me , I backed up and turned to grab the door handle and shut the door, at which point he was at the door and punched me in the side of my head knocking me to the floor in our foyer.

He was on top of me when I shot him in his side, which did nothing to stop him from beating me. On the floor struggling with him, he had ahold of my gun and was turning it towards my face. I fired it again, this time hitting him in his jaw.

It still took 20-30 seconds for him to yeild his grip and lay on his side. My wife was standing there in shock and I told her to call 911.

As I was working on him to keep his airway clear, my wife was talking to the 911 operator telling her what was happening and giving directions to our home.

During this time he asked me to pray for him, which I did. He asked me not to press charges and that he was sorry. My wife still talking with the 911 operator and she talking to the deputies, telling them of what was happening, after 30 minutes they arrived.

The operator told my wife that we should walk outside with our arms up and follow the sheriff deputies instruction's.

The sheriff's deputies which responded, were the whole day shift for Ravalli County.

One yelled at me with a M-16 pointed at my head to keep my arms up, and I was handcuffed. My wife was also handcuffed.

It had snowed that evening and there was snow on the ground, she had her slippers on and asked if she could get a pair of shoes, the deputies response was, "you had plenty of time to do that" no. We were each placed in sheriff deputy cars. and asked for statement's. We felt so victimized.

They still had not realized that I was running for Ravalli County Sheriff.

Then Sheriff Hoffman arrived, I could see him going around talking to his deputies and then stuck his head in the window of the vehicle and said "your done here, right, you can take his cuffs off " ?

He put me in his car and said he was taking me to the hospital and that my wife could follow us there.

I was put in a treatment room with the shade pulld closed.

My wife arrived and we were in that room for a few hours waiting to be treated, during which the Sheriff and a young deputy stayed with us.

After about a hour the under-sheriff arrived and asked me if he could ask me a personal question, I said ok, "he ask's are you spiritual, I say YES, very much so, then he ask's me if he could ask another, I say ok, he ask's "would it be alright if we could pray".

So he say's a pray and then states, I'm sorry you had to have this happen to you and your wife, and leaves. Since, this has happened to us we have talked many times to Sheriff Hoffman and County Attorney Corn, alway's asking what would happen and if my attacker has been arrested or charged. To this date he has not and is walking the streets.

I'm sure that politics are playing a large part in the inaction of both the Sheriff and County Attorney.

We feel that they want the rumor mill to do the damage.

The Sheriff has asked me not to tell our story until there investigation is over.

Now, it is in the County Attorney's Office. ""
